Who we are

Lamma Khalij (لمة الخليج) is an online store operated by Ayoub Arhori. We sell everyday consumer products to customers in the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait.

Online orders

Customers order on our product pages and leave their name, phone number and delivery address.

Local delivery

Orders are stored, packed and delivered by licensed local delivery companies in each country.

Cash on delivery

No online payment. You pay the courier only when the parcel reaches you.

You place an order on our website with your delivery details.

We may message you on WhatsApp to confirm the order or complete the address.

Delivery

The delivery company brings your parcel, usually within 1 to 3 days.

Payment

You pay in cash on delivery. You can refuse a parcel that is not what you ordered.

Our products are consumer goods (personal care, home and lifestyle). We do not sell medicines.

How we use WhatsApp

  • We message only customers who placed an order with us, and only about that order: confirmation, delivery address, and delivery follow-up.
  • We do not send advertising or bulk promotional messages.
  • You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP or «توقف».
  • We never ask for passwords, card numbers or bank details on WhatsApp.
  • We follow the WhatsApp Business Policy and the Meta Commerce Policies.
